Sometimes I wonder what people are thinking or paying attention to. Take, for example, this opinion piece from The New York Times. In the article, the writer bemoans the fact the George W. Bush is over-stepping his bounds as president and is going to war without the sanction of Congress. I'm not a highly-paid political analyst but I noticed this imperial tendency on the part of Bush the Younger
